Nova Infrastructure Raises $565 Million for Value Added Fund | New

Nova Infrastructure, a value-added mid-market infrastructure investment firm focused on North America, has raised $565m (€556m) for its first fund.

The investment firm founded in 2017 said the Nova Infrastructure Fund I fund has received commitments from North American and global institutional investors, including public and private pension funds, insurers, family offices and asset managers. ‘assets.

Nova targets investments in the environmental services, transportation, energy and energy transition, and communications sectors.

The manager said that Fund I has so far made six platform investments involving a vertically integrated waste management platform; a US-flagged maritime logistics company; a fixed base operator platform; a logistics and storage platform centered on the port; and fiber-to-the-home and fixed wireless companies.
